His approach is to partner with clients to identify the critical issues that will drive improved performance and then develop strategies with the client to achieve that desired performance level. These strategies may include training, coaching, mentoring as well as a review of various systems - recruitment, performance management and succession planning processes.
Peter’s business career started as a District Manager with York Toyota, the then Toyota Distributor in Sydney, before moving into sales with Rank Xerox. He then formed his own company and has been involved in the Training & Consulting Industry for over 25 years. Clients include Hanson Construction Materials, GIO, Prudential, Colonial Mutual, Coal and Allied, Rio Tinto Coal Australia, BMA, BHPB Iron Ore, Qld Health, Qld Transport, Qld Rail, Qld Dept of Employment, Training and Industrial Relations
He also worked with the Covey Leadership Center promoting and marketing the work of Dr Stephen Covey – The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
He has been a keynote speaker at seminars and conferences on a variety of different subjects, which include Embracing Change, Leadership and Improving Personal Productivity and Performance.
He has worked extensively within Australia with a variety of organizations in both the public and private sector assisting principally in the following ways:

He graduated from University of Sydney in 1980 with a B.A, Dip Ed. He has completed a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training & Assessment and a Diploma in Business. He is a member of the Institute of Learning Professionals and is also accredited to conduct the Myers Briggs, DISC and Team Management System Profiles.
